Great

Good location, close to center. Free private parking. Towels changed regularly. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nice apartment. Two floors with separate bedrooms. Nice view of the mountains. Classy decor.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Excellent location in the centre of Vielha. Large parking site. On site facility for ski storage.

Basic kitchen facility. Very thin walls between appartements.

The hotel was in a convienent location for sking in Baquira only a 20min drive to the nearest slopes.

The car got snowned in on the car park and the hotel didnot have any equipment that was suitable to dig you out. I suggest they invest in a few spades for their guests to use.

We loved the cleanliness and facilities of this hotel. The parking was ample and free, and the staff were friendly. Additionally, the location in the mountains was perfect - close to the center of town, yet in a quiet area.

Almost perfect - we had no negative experiences during our stay.

Great Location and convenient parking made it easier for us to explore the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-kept. We appreciated having a good kitchen and dining area where we could prepare our meals together.

The reception’s limited opening hours were inconvenient. the rooms were not well-ventilated and could get uncomfortably hot during the day.

Stunning mountain views from my room and great location close to the town center. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and towels were replaced regularly at no extra cost. the kitchen was basic but enough to prepare simple meals, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom could have been more spacious.

The location of the hotel was perfect for spending the Christmas holidays. It was just a short walk away from the town center, making it easy to explore multiple restaurants and shops. Another highlight of the hotel was its private outdoor parking, which gave me much-needed peace of mind as I did not have to worry about finding a parking spot on the street.

The check-in time at the hotel was a bit inconvenient for me, as I had young children with me. Waiting until 5 pm to access our room was a hassle, and it took away from the time that could have been spent exploring the area.
